City Adventures Pte Ltd (UEN 202616970G) collects the contact and enquiry details you voluntarily provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation, event requirements and messages, to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services.

When enabled, our enquiry forms transmit the details you provide to our website processing service and to a Google Apps Script/Google Sheets workflow used for enquiry records and email notifications. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your message under its own privacy terms. We do not treat an enquiry as a confirmed booking.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for handling requests, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised as appropriate. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, Google Workspace/Apps Script and messaging providers, which may involve processing outside Singapore with appropriate safeguards where applicable. We use enquiry details to respond to requests and do not send unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent through our published contact channels. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond to an enquiry.
